Position: Data Analyst

Location: Gurgaon

Education: Preferred: Tier 1 - BTech

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing complex datasets, providing data-driven insights, and optimizing data workflows.

Improving the performance of data processing tasks and ensuring scalable solutions

Develop, validate, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high data quality.

Qualifications:

Mandatory - Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics (preferably from a #Tier 1 college)

2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, Proficiency in Python or R

Experience with SQL and database management

Mandatory knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Good to Have:

Familiarity with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
