Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Data Analyst to support business operations through analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating MIS reports, performing data validation, and delivering actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for various business functions
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Design and build interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data governance
- Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Required Skills
- Strong experience in MIS reporting and dashboard development
- Proficiency in data analysis and validation techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Good understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
