The Data analyst is the person who takes care of the data management, client reporting, and problem resolution We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, SQL Developer, DAX functions, and advanced Excel capabilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in transforming data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable data models using SQL Developer and implement efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Utilize Power BI to design and create visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiently use DAX functions to perform complex calculations and create calculated columns and measures within Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven solutions.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization when needed.
- Perform data quality assessments, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Power BI, SQL, and other relevant tools to continuously improve data analysis methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, with expertise in Power BI, SQL Developer, DAX functions, and advanced Excel skills.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Strong understanding and practical application of DAX functions for data modelling and analysis within Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings to stakeholders.
