Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 23 years of experience who can interpret data, generate insights, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management
- Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements
- Create MIS reports, performance reports, and data summaries
- Monitor business KPIs and generate actionable insights
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel tools where possible
- Support business teams with data-driven recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in Data Analytics or related field
- Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Cleaning, Dashboards, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data visualization and reporting
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Google Sheets (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, IT, or related field
- Experience in MIS reporting or business data analysis
