Job Description: Data Analyst (Dashboard Development Tableau & Power BI)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and technically strong Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain dashboards that serve business needs. This role will focus heavily on data visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization using Tableau and Power BI.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data storytelling, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to turn requirements into meaningful visual products

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 35 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst (or equivalent role).
- Strong expertise in Tableau and Power BI, and advanced visualization techniques. Special attention to visual best practices.
- Basic familiarity with AIassisted analytics features in Power BI or Tableau (tool-embedded, not coding-based).
- Knowledge of SQL as a bonus for collaborating with data engineering team.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, relational databases, and ETL concepts.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with large, complex, or sensitive data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of governance practices (e.g., data quality, access control).
- Experience in Agile environments.
