Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Supervise and refine the lead assignment process by ensuring all leads from campaigns, walk-ins, and other channels are accurately routed to the appropriate sales and pre-sales teams for timely action.
- Manage and track the full lead lifecycle within MIS systems—from initial entry to site visits, follow-ups, and final conversions—while maintaining data integrity and reducing lead loss.
- Contribute to performance assessment through MIS reports by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, slow responses, and operational inefficiencies, and enabling data-backed improvements.
- Ensure the lead database remains centralized, accurate, and up to date, while creating regular reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve conversions and pipeline efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field operations, to maintain seamless data flow and standardized reporting practices.
- Monitor real-time lead activities via MIS dashboards and proactively highlight issues such as unattended walk-ins, delayed responses, or workflow bottlenecks to enhance customer experience and team productivity.
