Key Responsibilities:

· Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

· Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational decisions.

· Document detailed data analysis based on requirements, ad-hoc requests, data observations and CR impact.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across development and production environments.

· Data Engineering Concept: Have an understanding of data engineering concepts, including the principles of designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.

· Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on data engineering.

· Technical Skills: Good Understanding of SQL, Python, data modeling, and ETL processes. Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and data warehousing solutions.

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

· Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python.

· Understanding of data analysis, visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).

Good to Have Skills:

· Databricks: Experience with Databricks tool is a plus.

· Certifications: Certifications in Databricks or Azure (or any relevant certifications) are highly desirable.
