Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to transform raw data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and analytical thinking, along with exposure to capital markets data and trade lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
  
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business users.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs.
  
• Support data-driven decision-making across business and functional teams.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  
• Document data definitions, KPIs, metrics, and analytical processes.
  
• Provide analytical support to front office, middle office, and risk teams.
  
• Analyze and understand the trade lifecycle from trade capture to settlement.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualification

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices.
  
  

Good to have Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
  
• Experience working with large datasets or cloud data platforms.
  
• Exposure to Capital Markets domain (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, Commodities).
  
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle processes and financial systems.
  
• Understanding of BI tools and reporting frameworks.
