Key Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Analysis
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to track KPIs for supply chain, capacity planning, and product utilization
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Independently analyze large datasets to interpret gaps, trends, and correlations
Data Extraction & Automation
- Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from internal databases, external APIs, and cloud platforms
- Design and implement automated data pipelines for collection, cleaning, and processing
- Create and modify macros to enhance Excel workflows and automate repetitive tasks
Reporting & Visualization
- Build and maintain dashboards to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders
- Prepare reports tailored to cross-functional teams including demand planners, supply planners, and product managers
- Leverage advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, lookup formulas, statistical formulas, conditional formatting, and graph/chart creation
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency
- Contribute to improving processes and data accuracy across projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable solutions
