Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Data Analyst to support MARS growth by analyzing business, marketing, sales, and operational data. The role involves working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that influence strategic and day-to-day decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business, sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities

Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review

Track and report key KPIs across revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and operations

Support performance analysis for campaigns, product launches, and partnerships

Clean, validate, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources

Work with teams to define data requirements and improve reporting accuracy

Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows

Present insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Hands-on experience with SQL

Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Solid understanding of data analysis, metrics, and reporting

Ability to translate data into business insights

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R

Exposure to consumer brands, D2C, e-commerce, or health/wellness domains

Understanding of funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and unit economics

Familiarity with CRM, marketing analytics, or ERP data

Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
