About The Role
We're hiring a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder to run and develop internal systems leveraging advanced AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. This role is designed for a proactive individual who lives and breathes AI daily, utilizing these tools to execute tasks, automate processes, build new systems, debug issues, conduct research, and ship projects efficiently. Unlike traditional analyst roles, this position emphasizes hands-on building and execution, requiring someone who can independently develop solutions using AI to enhance operational efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AI coding tools, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Next.js and Vercel is essential, alongside solid skills in Google Sheets and SQL for data management and reporting. Familiarity with dashboard tools like Metabase or Looker Studio is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate rapid execution, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong capacity to figure out solutions independently using AI tools. Experience with automations, APIs, scripting, and growth workflows will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows utilizing AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.
- Regularly use AI tools like Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and Cursor to develop solutions, automate tasks, and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and maintain websites and systems using Next.js and Vercel to support operational needs.
- Handle operational execution tasks, automating repetitive workflows to improve efficiency.
- Write complex SQL queries and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.
- Clean, reconcile, and manage operational data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design and implement AI-assisted systems aimed at improving operations, reporting, and business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build, automate, and optimize growth systems and workflows, including tracking, analytics, landing pages, and automations.
- Support the deployment of AI-driven marketing infrastructure and analytics tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with growth and marketing leads to rapidly iterate on projects, leveraging AI tools for quick deployment and testing.

Compensation ranges approximately from $500 to $900 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
