About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder who is passionate about working within AI-driven environments to develop, implement, and manage internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. Unlike traditional analyst roles, this position demands hands-on building and execution of projects using AI, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and system development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our internal operations, automating workflows, and supporting growth initiatives through innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in AI tools and automation. Deep familiarity with daily usage of AI coding agents like Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor is essential. Proficiency in building products independently, especially with Next.js and Vercel, is required. Strong skills in SQL, Google Sheets, and dashboard tools such as Metabase or Looker Studio are necessary for managing data and reporting. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to operate efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience with APIs, scripting, automation workflows, and familiarity with paid advertising and growth funnels are considered significant advantages.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tools, automations, and workflows utilizing AI coding agents to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Regularly utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and Cursor to execute tasks, debug issues, and develop new systems.
- Develop and maintain websites and internal systems using Next.js and Vercel platforms.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve speed and accuracy across various departments.
- Write complex SQL queries and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and operational performance.
- Clean, reconcile, and manage operational data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design AI-assisted systems that support operational workflows, reporting, and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize growth systems, tracking, analytics, and landing pages.
- Implement and support tracking, analytics, and AI-driven marketing infrastructure to facilitate rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Work closely with growth and marketing leaders to develop innovative solutions and ship projects quickly using AI tools.
