Role & Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform structured/unstructured educational data from LMS, CRM, and SIS platforms into actionable insights.
- Design and automate dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to monitor KPIs like student retention, course completion, and faculty performance.
- Run cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and churn prediction models using SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and Excel.
- Partner with academic and operations teams to define metrics, answer ad-hoc queries, and support data-backed program improvements.
- Document data pipelines, data dictionaries, and reporting logic to ensure reproducibility and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify anomalies, data quality gaps, and reporting bottlenecks—and lead remediation with technical and non-technical teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- SQL
