About the Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst who doesn't just analyse data but helps drive decisions that impact growth.
In this role, you'll turn raw, messy data into clear insights that influence strategy, improve performance, and uncover opportunities. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to make data actionable not just presentable.

What You'll Do
- Collect, combine, and manage data from multiple sources
- Clean and structure data for accurate analysis and reporting
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business decisions
- Build dashboards and reports that are actually used (not ignored)
- Work with internal teams to solve real-world business problems using data
- Translate complex data into simple, clear insights for stakeholders
- Improve existing data workflows, tracking, and reporting systems
- Continuously explore better tools, automation, and processes
What We're Looking For
- 12 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and/or Python
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, analysis, and visualisation
- Ability to think beyond numbers and connect data to business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills you can explain insights, not just show them
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
- Experience working with marketing, product, or growth data
