Job Description
Data Extraction Analysis Utilize advanced SQL to query complex databases, extract relevant datasets, and perform deep-dive analysis to support business decisions
Reporting Visualization Design develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track platform performance and usage metrics
Data Validation Quality Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Tickets Triage Manage prioritize and resolve a queue of tickets eg bug reports enhancement requests), ensuring timely and effective solutions
Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for data inquiries, coordinating with multiple stakeholders including the Product Owner engineering and business teams to triage issues and drive them to resolution.
Process Support Participate in Agile ceremonies providing data backed updates on work items and assisting in the Definition
Production Support: Assist in troubleshooting data related issues in production and provide data exports for ad-hoc requests
Productivity Tool Operations Analytics Support the operational lifecycle of AI driven productivity assist tools eg Gemini
Required Skills
Experience 4 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar reporting focused role
Expert SQL Skills High proficiency in writing optimizing and debugging complex SQL queries
Data Visualization Hands on experience building production grade dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
Analytical Mindset Strong ability to identify trendsoutliers and insights from large datasets
Communication Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
Agile Methodology Familiarity with Agile Scrum workflows and tools like Agility or Jira
SDLC Knowledge Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and how data flows through various environments Dev QA Prod
ETL Knowledge: Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
AI ML Exposure Familiarity with machine learning models or AI platform

Healthcare Experience Prior experience working with healthcare data or in a healthcare regulated environment.

3 PM to 12 Midnight IST to ensure overlap with US-based stakeholders
