Overview of the Role

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Data Analyst with 13 years of experience to join our team. The analyst will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and reporting healthcare data to support clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their expertise in healthcare analytics while contributing to improved patient outcomes and organizational

performance.

What You'll Do (Primary Duties)

• Data modelling and querying: Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Visual storytelling: Use Power BI, Qlik /Qlik Cloud, QuickSight, and/or Tableau to create visually

appealing dashboards and reports.

• Python scripting and automation: Create reusable Python scripts for data pipelines, analysis, and ETL.
• Collaborative analytics: Stakeholder consultation is used to find opportunities for insights and provide

recommendations based on data.

• Data storytelling: Convert results into gripping tales that have an impact on critical strategic choices.

Who You Are (Skills & Experience Needed)

• 13 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python/R).
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, QuickSight.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
