Role summary :
Senior Data Analyst responsible for designing, building, and validating data solutions that support analytics and business decision-making across the Salesforce domain. The role requires strong hands-on technical skills (Advanced SQL, Snowflake, Excel), solid understanding of dataflows/ETL, and practical experience with Ataccama (or similar data quality/governance tools) and Power BI.
Required qualifications & skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role (senior-level).
- Advanced SQL expertise (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
- Strong experience with Snowflake (schema design, performance tuning, warehouse sizing, partitioning/clustering concepts).
- Expert Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query).
- Proven understanding of data flows, ETL/ELT patterns, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and data lineage.
- Experience with Ataccama or similar data quality/governance platforms (profiling, rules, scoring, remediation).
- Proficiency building dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, visualization best practices).
- Strong domain knowledge of Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships, campaigns, leads, opportunities) and experience extracting/transforming Salesforce data for analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
