Today, an Indian hospital revenue is largely dominated by Insurance payers - Govt + Private. With 200+ payers in the mix, the overall revenue cycle management (RCM) in India is broken, opaque, and complex filled with unexpected shortfalls and delayed realizations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will transform raw data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis and Power BI for visualization and reporting, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean and analyze large datasets using SQL to support business needs
• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs and visual insights
• Perform data validation, quality checks and ensure accuracy of reporting
• Automate recurring reports and optimize existing data workflows
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance and Leadership teams to understand analytical needs
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through exploratory data analysis
• Create and maintain documentation for datasets, dashboards, and reporting logic
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and scalability

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SQL
• Proven expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, publishing, refresh scheduling)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming raw data into insights
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and validation
