Benori (www.benori.com) is looking for anexperienced Data and AI Managerwith 7+ years of relevant experience for a client-facing role to drive the design and delivery of Benori's Data and AI solutions. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and project management to ensure that the solutions deliver measurable business value and is based in Gurgaon.
- Understand client specific business requirements and translate them into data and AI solution roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technology, research, client delivery) to translate business requirements into scalable solutions combining modern data platforms, analytics and applied AI/GenAI
- Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions from discovery and design through build, deployment, and postgolive optimization
- Design solution architectures spanning data ingestion, storage, modeling, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI components
- Lead handson implementation of solutions including data pipelines, feature engineering, analytics models, prompt/workflow design, RAG or agentic patterns, and integration with client systems
- Design and build robust data visualization solutions using Power BI or similar tools to enable actionable insights for clients
- Define and implement best practices for data quality, observability, security, and responsible AI within client engagements
- Mentor and guide a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, analytics and automation to proactively recommend and implement improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity in a consulting or product environment
- Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, cloud data warehouses and lakehouses
- Experience with web scraping, API integration, and automation tools
- Experience of implementing ML/AI/GenAI solutions in realworld settings, such as recommendation models, NLP, forecasting, copilots, or RAG/agentic workflows
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-impact results
