About Position:
We are looking for an accomplished Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Architect / Lead with 8–12 years of experience to drive the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise-scale D365 F&O solutions. In this leadership role, you will act as the technical authority for F&O, guiding architecture decisions, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-technology teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and enhancements.
- Configure, customize, and extend D365 F&O to meet complex business requirements using X++ and extensions.
- Oversee and support end-to-end implementations, including development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and troubleshooting, resolving complex production and performance issues.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with external systems and third-party applications, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Manage technical deliverables using Azure DevOps, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports, data entities, and batch processes.
- Stay current with Microsoft D365 F&O updates, releases, and platform features, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies, collaborating with business and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as a technical mentor to development teams, promoting best practices and coding standards.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics, with deep specialization in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong expertise in X++ programming, extension-based development, and D365 F&O customization.
- Proven experience providing technical leadership and production support for enterprise-grade ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, performance tuning, and data management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including version control, work item tracking, and automated deployments.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS reporting and familiarity with SSIS for data integration.
- Working knowledge of the .NET framework and JavaScript for integrations and UI enhancements.
- Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment management and issue resolution.
- Strong grasp of Agile and DevOps practices within ERP delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
