As D2C Manager, you'll own the end-to-end experience of website—from acquisition and engagement to conversion and retention. You'll play a critical role in shaping how our story, products, and values come alive digitally. This role is a blend of growth hacking, customer journey optimization, on-site merchandising, and performance analytics. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, design-led, and purpose-driven brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Revenue & Growth Ownership: Own monthly GMV, AOV, and CVR metrics for cuminco.com. Plan and execute strategies to improve topline and profitability.

● CAC, ROAS & Unit Economics

• Own blended CAC and channel efficiency across Meta, Google, and paid channels.

• Design promotional mechanics, bundles, pricing experiments, and event campaigns to reduce CAC dependency.

• Scale spend responsibly while improving payback periods and cohort performance.

● Cohort Analytics, CLV & Retention

• Drive cohort analysis, CLV modelling, and retention architecture.

• Improve repeat rates and customer lifetime value.

• Design lifecycle journeys across Email, WhatsApp, and retargeting.

• Build structured win-back and retention strategies

● Shopify & Merchandising Ownership

• Oversee Shopify operations including listings, pricing, bundling, coupons, and landing pages.

• Lead D2C-first product launches ensuring alignment between positioning, funnel strategy,

and conversion architecture.

● Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Set KPIs, draft structured briefs, and manage performance agencies (Performance Marketing,

CRO/UI-UX).

• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer support to ensure margin alignment, stock

planning, and smooth event execution

● On-Site Merchandising: Manage product visibility, content refreshes, category performance, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.

Growth Marketing Support: Coordinate closely with the performance marketing team to align campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.) with on-site landing experiences.

Retention & CRM: Drive post-purchase engagement, reviews, loyalty, and repeat orders via email/SMS automations and personalised nudges (via platforms like Klaviyo, WebEngage, etc.)

You're a Great Fit If You Have

● 3–8 years of D2C experience in a consumer brand (home, lifestyle, beauty preferred)

● Deep familiarity with Shopify and tools like Hotjar, Klaviyo, etc.

● A strong sense of aesthetics and experience with UI/UX improvement projects

● A/B testing mindset and solid grasp of CRO, funnel metrics, and landing page psychology

● Cross-functional experience working with marketing, design, tech, and supply chain

● Strong copy and content instincts—bonus if you can brief creatives as well as write/edit them.

NOTE:- 6 Days Working (5 Days Work from Office + Saturday Work from Home)
