Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Identity and Privileged Access Management (PAM) professional with strong hands-on expertise in CyberArk and BeyondTrust solutions. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting PAM platforms to ensure secure access control, privileged session governance, and compliance across enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities
- PAM Implementation: Install, configure, and maintain CyberArk or BeyondTrust modules, including password vaulting, session monitoring, privilege elevation, and endpoint privilege management.
- User & Access Management: Configure policies, onboard privileged accounts, manage safes, platforms, connectors, and ensure secure credential rotation.
- Integration & Automation: Integrate PAM tools with directory services, ticketing systems, and authentication platforms. Develop automation scripts for onboarding and operational workflows.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor PAM systems for health, performance, and anomalies. Troubleshoot access issues, session failures, and system errors.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure PAM operations meet security and compliance standards. Support audit activities with logs, reports, and evidence.
- Upgrades & Enhancements: Execute product upgrades, patching, configuration enhancements, and performance tuning of PAM systems.
Experience Required
- 8 to 13 years of overall IT/security experience with strong specialization in CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale PAM platforms, onboarding privileged accounts, and securing access workflows.
- Exposure to IT security operations, identity management, and compliance-driven environments.
Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA solutions, and security tooling.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an advantage.
