Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives across technology and business functions. What We Expect From You
- Lead end‑to‑end automation projects—from requirement analysis and design to deployment and support.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities.
- Establish automation governance frameworks, including best practices, standards, and development guidelines.
- Design and optimize workflow automations using RPA tools, scripting, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Mentor, guide, and support automation engineers and developers across ongoing projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new and emerging automation technologies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of automation processes, logic, and technical specifications.
What You Should Bring
- 7–10 years of experience in automation, IT, or process optimization.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or team‑management role.
- Strong experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent.
- Expertise in scripting/programming languages like Python, Java, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and automation lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise application environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
- Master's degree (preferred but not required).
