Gedu is hiring for an experienced and forward‑thinking Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives across technology and business functions. If you excel in building scalable automation solutions, leading diverse technical teams, and translating business challenges into high-impact automated processes, this role offers an excellent opportunity to shape organizational efficiency and innovation.

What We Expect From You

  • Lead end‑to‑end automation projects—from requirement analysis and design to deployment and support.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities.
  • Establish automation governance frameworks, including best practices, standards, and development guidelines.
  • Design and optimize workflow automations using RPA tools, scripting, and intelligent automation frameworks.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Mentor, guide, and support automation engineers and developers across ongoing projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new and emerging automation technologies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of automation processes, logic, and technical specifications.

What You Should Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in automation, IT, or process optimization.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or team‑management role.
  • Strong experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in scripting/programming languages like Python, Java, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and automation lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise application environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Master's degree (preferred but not required).
