Automation Developer- Nexthink

The Automation Developer will focus on building and maintaining automation solutions leveraging the Nexthink platform. The role involves scripting, process automation, and working closely with clients to implement solutions in an Agile environment. Hands-on experience in PowerShell, Shell scripting, and optionally Python is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts and solutions using Nexthink platform.
• Implement PowerShell and Shell scripts for automating IT processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions in an Agile manner.
• Use Jira boards to track tasks, sprints, and project progress.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automated solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing scripts and automation workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Optionally, develop automation scripts in Python to enhance solution capabilities.

Experience Requirements

• 3 8 years of experience in IT automation development.
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink platform and its automation capabilities.
• Strong experience with PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Python scripting experience is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile methodology and using Jira for project management.
