Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to handle inbound/outbound calls for US-based customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services
- Maintain proper call logs and customer records
- Follow communication scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Non-Technical Graduate (Freshers welcome)
- Versant score of 57 and above is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work US night shifts
- Comfortable with Work From Office initially
- Immediate joiners preferred
