Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to handle inbound/outbound calls for US-based customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services
  • Maintain proper call logs and customer records
  • Follow communication scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Non-Technical Graduate (Freshers welcome)
  • Versant score of 57 and above is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work US night shifts
  • Comfortable with Work From Office initially
  • Immediate joiners preferred
