Job Details:

• Role: Semi-Voice Process Executive

• Salary: Up to 3 LPA

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in any domain

• Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

• Transport: 1-way cab facility (Night shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls and chat support

• Provide timely and effective resolutions

• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction

• Follow process guidelines and company policies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Good communication skills (English)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
