Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include offering technical support, maintaining and improving customer relationships, and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. The role also entails working closely with teams to support operational efficiency and ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong abilities in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
