This is a full-time customer support executive role based on-site in Pune & Hyderabad The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing offline and technical support to doctors, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service to address individual needs and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Offline Support and Technical Support proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
