We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our night shift team at our Malad, Mumbai location. The role involves handling customer interactions for an international market and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing customer concerns via voice and/or non-voice channels in a professional manner.

Salary & Benefits

  • In-hand Salary: 25,000 35,000 (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines at all times
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and adherence
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or international process is an advantage
  • Good to excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts
