Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance in resolving technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and troubleshooting problems effectively. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience and providing insights to improve product functionality and support services.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
  • Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting customer queries
  • Strong Analytical Skills to understand customer needs and provide efficient solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in the financial (Broking Derivatives).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
