Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and Sell/ Confirm Orders for our Ayurvedic products. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining customer records, handling inquiries, and offering customer support. This position requires a proactive approach to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Training experience or ability to quickly learn about the products
• Proficient in using computer systems and maintaining records
• Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Salary: 22k Plus Incentive

Shift: 6Days Working Sunday Off
