Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Udaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout all interactions.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and support
  • Ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues through Troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and patient with a customer-centric approach
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
  • High school diploma
