Sales adviser ( Retail)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Udaipur for a Sales Adviser (Retail). The Sales Adviser will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs, maintaining store presentation standards, and contributing to achieving store sales targets. Additional responsibilities include replenishing stock, conducting product demonstrations, and actively contributing to team goals. The Sales Adviser will also assist with inventory management and work closely with teammates to maintain a positive and energetic store environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address diverse customer needs.
• Knowledge or passion for sports, with the ability to provide product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
• Basic organizational and inventory management abilities to ensure well-maintained and fully-stocked retail space.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• High level of responsibility and enthusiasm to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
