This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with clients
  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide clear, empathetic, and positive interactions
  • Troubleshooting skills to efficiently resolve technical or product-related issues
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
