Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries, orders, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Follow up on order status, production schedules, and deliveries.
- Provide customers with regular updates regarding their orders.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Prepare regular reports related to orders, customer queries, and pending deliveries.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Skills Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of manufacturing/order-processing procedures will be an advantage.
