We are looking for a highly confident and articulate Customer Support Representative to support our Staffing Team. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional spoken English skills who can effectively engage with candidates and create a strong first impression on behalf of the organization.
You will work closely with recruiters to source, connect, and communicate with candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify and source potential candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels
- Initiate outbound calls and confidently communicate with candidates to introduce job opportunities
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability through effective conversations
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and build strong engagement with candidates
- Clearly understand job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and update candidate information in internal systems
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and recruiters
- Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience at every interaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English skills (mandatory) – clarity, fluency, and confidence are key
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Recruitment Coordination / Sourcing
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone)
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
