Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls, promoting insurance products to customers, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Pitch and sell insurance products (life, term, or health).

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Adapt to various communication channels and languages as required.

Eligibility Criteria-

Minimum 12th pass qualification.

At least 6 months of experience in insurance sales (life, term, or health).

Age: Up to 35 years.

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Must clear Versant Level 4 or 5 assessment.

Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Courteous, with a customer-centric approach.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
