Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Gurugram for a Community Development Associate. The successful candidate will engage with students, creators, and partners to cultivate vibrant and active communities. Responsibilities include fostering relationships, organizing and managing community-based projects, supporting events, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. The role also involves identifying community needs and providing tailored support to ensure impactful engagement and positive relationship-building with all parties involved.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Support abilities for building and sustaining meaningful relationships with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Case Management to handle interactions, resolve concerns, and manage organized collaborations effectively.
  • Familiarity with Community Health initiatives and knowledge of working within diverse and vibrant populations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate and execute community-centered projects.
  • Flexible and adaptive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with event planning or community development is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, Community Development, or a related field is an asset.
