We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., technical, sales) and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our product and marketing teams to help improve our offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support, customer service, or client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [and any other required language, e.g., Hindi, Kannada].
- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
