Customer Support Executive Order Management

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive Order Management to handle end-to-end order processing and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order execution, timely updates, and excellent customer satisfaction.



  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Order Management / Order Processing
    • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Experience with ERP/CRM tools (SAP preferred)
    • Good knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) process
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in B2B/B2C order management
    • Exposure to international clients and global processes
    • Knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations
