Required Skills & Qualifications:- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Order Management / Order Processing
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience with ERP/CRM tools (SAP preferred)
- Good knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) process
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills:- Experience in B2B/B2C order management
- Exposure to international clients and global processes
- Knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations
