We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a

Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, orders, and service-related needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in customer service within the fast-growingretail printing industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and good written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge with working experience in MS Office.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new processes and technologies (training will be provided in print

technology and customer service).

  • Strong aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused, patient, and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries through phone and email.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality parameters.
  • Support day-to-day operations in a day-shift, inbound customer support environment.
  • Contribute to a positive work culture and deliver exceptional service experience
