Process: JPMorgan Chase (International Banking Support)
Location: Malad
Salary: Up to 32,000 (CTC)
Working Days: 5 days working | 2 rotational offs
Shifts: US shifts (Night shifts)
Transportation: One-way cab facility provided
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries for JPMorgan Chase via voice support
Assist customers with banking-related inquiries such as account details, transactions, cards, and general support
Perform back-office operations including data entry, account updates, and KYC verification
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations and data security protocols
Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and communication
Follow SOPs and quality guidelines as per JPMC standards
Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution
Achieve defined performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate fresher OR
Minimum 6 Months Of Relevant Experience (with Proper Documents)
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
Comfortable working in US night shifts
Willing to work in a banking compliance-driven environment
