Job Description

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Care Executive in our BPO division. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide effective resolutions to queries.

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Minimum 6 month
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Fresher or 6 months+ experience in BPO or customer service
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts
