Job Description

Responsibilities include:
  • Handling customer/dealer escalation and ensuring a fast resolution
  • Handling customers incoming calls
  • Customer/dealer data management on Excel/CRM
  • Checking/Verifying and processing warranty claim
  • Following up with service centers and other interdepartmental coordination.
  • Working as back end service support
  • Working on TAT monitoring
  • Conducting regular customer and dealer satisfaction surveys
Skills
  • Available for full time (in-office)
  • Any degree.
  • Good oral as well as written communication skills.
  • Females wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
