Job Title: Customer Account Representative

Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Salary Range: 20,000 25,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, monitor shipment progress, and maintain accurate records to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.
  • Manage end-to-end client accounts, including shipment tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, and accounts) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain up-to-date account records.
  • Monitor account performance and assist in developing strategies to grow business with existing clients.
  • Handle payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and basic financial documentation related to client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and better client engagement.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in customer service, account management, or logistics operations (preferably in international trade or freight forwarding).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and basic accounting/documentation tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mind-set with problem-solving abilities.
