Role Overview:We're hiring a Customer Support Intern (Voice Process) responsible for engaging with customers across different stages of their journey - from understanding their profile to driving conversions and reducing returns.This high-ownership, target-driven role suits someone who enjoys speaking to customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Profiling & Feedback. Call customers to understand:
- Preferences
- Buying behavior
- Feedback on products
- Maintain structured data for insights
- Abandoned Cart Conversion
- Reach out to customers who abandoned their carts before checkout
- Understand objections and drive conversions
- Meet daily/weekly conversion targets
- Return Retention Calls
- Speak with customers who have raised return requests
- Attempt to Convert returns into exchanges
- Attempt to Gather actionable feedback
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in Inside Sales / Customer Support (Voice Process) is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable with cold calling & follow-ups
- Number-driven mindset - enjoys chasing targets
- High energy, hustle, and optimism
- Ability to handle objections and think on feet
