Customer Support Intern – Scalenut + Kefi
Location: Remote
Stipend: INR 10,000/mo - INR 15,000/mo
Duration: 6 months (with PPO after that)
We're looking for a sharp, high-agency intern to support customer success across Scalenut and Kefi.
You'll work directly with the CS team on real customer conversations, not backend ticket pushing.
What you'll do
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and support tools
- Assist in onboarding and basic product walkthroughs
- Help maintain and improve the knowledge base / help center
- Identify common issues and suggest improvements to product & workflows

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- High ownership—can figure things out independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
