Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/services information via phone, email.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and process efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and patience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Recent graduates or individuals with no prior work experience are welcome
  • Preferred
  • Prior internship or trainee experience in customer support
  • Knowledge of CRM software like Zendesk or Freshdesk
