- Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/services information via phone, email.

- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and process efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and patience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Recent graduates or individuals with no prior work experience are welcome
- Preferred
- Prior internship or trainee experience in customer support
- Knowledge of CRM software like Zendesk or Freshdesk
