*About the Role*
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answering their queries, and ensuring they have the best possible experience with our brand.
*What You'll Do*
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
*What We're Looking For*
0–3 years of experience in customer service/support.
Fluent English communication skills.
Computer Knowledge.
Freshers with fluent English are welcome to apply.
Comfortable with Night/US Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
